My Story

When I was 15, I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. I had random muscle aches, my digestion was off, my immune system wasn’t working, and I felt extremely tired, even after sleeping 12 hours. I couldn’t go to school and I was walking with a cane.


The doctors told me: "You just have a small energy bucket and you need to learn how to live with it."  I refused to accept this and knew I could work on my health, run upstairs again soon, and build the life I really wanted for myself. My stubbornness became my superpower.


When nobody could give me the answers to my extreme fatigue, I had no choice but to coach myself and experiment with meditation, having a daily routine, changing my diet, optimizing my sleep quality, diving the tiny amount of energy I had over the activities that matter most to me, and planning empty moments of recovery before planning anything else… I refused to take any medication and I got better little bit by little bit.


I found my answers in Functional Medicine and in the Peruvian lifestyle. I moved to Peru when I was 21 and it completely changed my life and my health. All of a sudden, I could work full-time, dance salsa, have a vibrant social life, work as a professional singer, and live with a more flexible agenda so I could listen to my body when I needed to.


I learned how to balance my Belgian structured side and my Peruvian spontaneous side. I always said: “A mix of these two cultures would be the best lifestyle!” - So here I am teaching my clients exactly how to be structured and productive while still listening to their bodies, enjoying the moment, and staying flexible.


I never thought I’d help others improve their health. I had been studying and experimenting with myself for the past 10 years to improve my own health, not thinking about helping others. I was fully immersed in the business world with my bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Relations Management. I worked in international companies as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, and in Peru, I was the General Manager of a Spanish School.


I decided to change careers and I became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. I find myself coaching mostly busy professionals and executives thanks to my business background. I decided to build a global community of Healthy High Achievers with driven minds who want to build healthier routines and avoid burnout, so they can feel more calm, healthy, and happy.
